Shan Meat Masala is a spice blend formulated specifically to enhance the flavor of various meat dishes. It is commonly used in South Asian cuisine to season and spice up meat-based curries, stews, and grilled meats.
STEPS OF COOKING
1. Heat oil and fry onions for few minutes.
2. Add meat, garlic, ginger paste and Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
3. Add tomato, stir fry and add 4cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
4. Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount off water.
